Our kitchen is fully exposed to the seating area, so our chefs and preparation of our portions are always in full view of our patrons.

Our menu comprises traditional “Italian Mama” style portions made with the best and freshest local ingredients. Our customers always return due to our generous and tasty portions, fast and friendly service.
Our large variety of pastas are prepared daily in our transparent pasta room, in full view of the restaurant. Our sauces are rich in herbs and our focaccia’s and our amazing Italian pizzas are only rolled out once ordered and then baked in our hot stone oven.
Everything is created in our own kitchen, including our variety of fresh starters and salads. Even our variety of homemade ice creams and desert surprises are all made on site.
The design of our restaurants are created to offer our customers a happy and dynamic Italian atmosphere, alongside our open plan visible kitchen, which for our customers, completes the dining experience.

Before the opening of each branch, we insure that the franchisee is correctly trained in all aspects of managing the business, including all there is to know operationally, as well as other business aspects such as food chain supply, food cost control, food safety, staff hiring and training, marketing and all which is required to know about effectively running and managing your restaurant business.
